This paper introduces the development of the Bilingual Sentiment Analysis Lexicon (BiSAL) tailored for the cybersecurity domain, encompassing both English and Arabic. The lexicon includes SentiLEN, a sentiment lexicon for English with 279 words related to cyber threats and conflicts, and SentiLAR, an Arabic sentiment lexicon with 1019 words derived from Alokab Web forum messages. The sentiment scores for these words are unified from various data sources for SentiLEN and determined through expert analysis for SentiLAR. A web interface is also provided for accessing these resources.
