This study examines contribution behavior in online collaborative learning forums on Coursera, focusing on "superposters" in 44 MOOCs. It explores who these superposters are, their engagement patterns, and the impact of their prolific posting on forum quality and participation. Findings indicate that superposters are highly engaged, enroll in more courses, achieve better grades, and often become superposters in multiple courses. Their contributions, though not always the fastest or most upvoted, are generally useful and positively impact forum health by increasing overall activity and reducing orphaned threads.
