This study introduces a new feature designed to enhance privacy-awareness among forum users by presenting context cues related to personal data disclosure. Testing with 313 users revealed that these privacy-related cues effectively increase users' awareness about their data-sharing practices. Enhanced privacy-awareness is crucial for encouraging users to adjust privacy settings and adopt privacy-enhancing technologies.
