This study investigates French online forums discussing drugs and pregnancy, focusing on the quality and reliability of the shared information. Analyzing 115 questions from forums, the research finds that many drug-related risks during pregnancy are not well-evaluated. Only 7% of responses involved health professionals, and 21% of recommendations were for drugs that had not been properly assessed for pregnancy risks. Additionally, 12% of answers posed potential risks to pregnant women, highlighting concerns about the reliability of online information.
