With depression rates rising, especially post-pandemic, the e-mental health sector has gained traction. This study analyzed 67,857 posts from popular English-language health forums (2016-2019), using deep learning to classify posts and examining user behavior over time. Five forum socialization patterns were identified: 'recovery helper,' uncertain role, biomedically framed patient, and therapeutic psy subjectivity. The study highlights the diverse socialization phases within online mental health communities.
