This study examines the information-seeking and sharing behaviors of performance and image enhancing drug (PIED) users on online forums in Australia. By analyzing 134 threads and 1,716 posts across three forums, two main themes emerged: personal experiences and advice, and referrals to services and scientific literature. The findings indicate that these forums provide a vital platform for users to access harm reduction information, express concern for their own and others' use, and seek reliable medical guidance. Engaging health professionals in these forums could enhance harm reduction strategies by bridging users with reliable information.
