Error when editing linked file

Hi, when I try to edit the link of a file in Downloads I get an error.

Just tried again on mobile, same error.

Please refresh and try now.  I lifted the Edit time restriction on membergroup settings.

Still doesn't work. But I've tried to reproduce it on my own site and get an error too ...
