JoelR
Not talking about the editor, although WYSIWYG is widely applied to the editor. I'm talking about the community experience in general. Simplicity is a powerful and proven psychological strategy, where sometimes less is more. Many physical stores offer reward cards, loyalty programs, or coupons. Aldi, a major grocery chain, doesn't do any of that. It offers one simple price that you pay. It also means they don't they need to pay for expensive marketing and staffing costs, and customers don't have to mix-and-match their coupon books and online coupons to figure out how to save $0.50 on cereal. What are ways in which you send out a simple message about your community, and you follow through it?
