How about removing this?

With links it are no real downloads or installations. Everybody can click on his own files and fake tons of "Downloads" within a few minutes 😄

I think it’s useful to know who showed some interest in your file. Maybe change the language bit from downloads do clicks or something would fit better.

I was able to update the language string on the File details page:

Can someone help me find the langstring for the downloads counter for here: 

I tried to use both the Quick Translator and the View Key Words but couldn't identify the langstring.
