Operational Efficiency: They often play a role in improving operational efficiency within the organization. This can involve coordinating across departments, ensuring that projects are advancing according to plan, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks in processes.

Communication Facilitator: The Chief of Staff often serves as a communication bridge between the executive and other staff members. They relay information, manage communication channels, and ensure that the executive's directives and intentions are clearly understood throughout the organization.
