This research aims to enhance understanding of online community participation by empirically investigating the factors motivating members to actively contribute. A comprehensive conceptual model is developed based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Herzberg's two-factor theory, filling gaps in existing literature. Employing a deductive methodology, the study categorizes digital users' motivations for engaging in online communities.
