This paper addresses the increasing concerns regarding accessibility in mobile environments, particularly in the context of mobile interface design patterns and their impact on the lives of disabled individuals. Through an ethnographic study involving 18 virtual communities of mobile design and development professionals, the paper aims to identify accessibility issues in Android mobile UI design patterns. Analysis of 127 documents leads to the proposal of recommendations for enhancing the accessibility of mobile interfaces.
