The SIOC (Semantically-Interlinked Online Communities) vocabulary facilitates the representation of online community activities and contributions on the Semantic Web. However, it primarily focuses on the static state of communities, overlooking dynamic components emphasized by various web applications such as microblogging and geolocation notification. This paper proposes a new module for the SIOC vocabulary aimed at capturing the dynamics of actions within online communities. By providing an action-centric view, it complements previous document-centric and user-centric approaches. Additionally, the work aligns with related vocabularies and emerging web technologies, both within and outside the Semantic Web domain.
