This study investigates why members continue to share knowledge in online communities of practice by examining the factors and mechanisms that drive continuance. The research theorizes that members evaluate their knowledge-sharing experiences based on their expectations of reciprocity and capability to help others, and empirically validates these factors through an online survey. Findings suggest that satisfaction and knowledge self-efficacy play crucial roles in influencing members' intention to continue sharing knowledge in online communities of practice, offering insights for further research in this area.
