In “Fostering a Community of Practice Among the Parliamentary Budget Offices of the Commonwealth,” Chohan discusses the challenges and opportunities of building a community of practice among parliamentary budget offices. Chohan argues that a community of practice can play an important role in fostering collaboration and sharing of best practices among parliamentary budget offices. Through interviews with representatives from nine parliamentary budget offices, Chohan identifies key factors that contribute to the success of a community of practice, including the creation of a shared identity, the establishment of common goals, and the development of a culture of trust and cooperation.
