Language teachers and trainers identified key elements essential in a community of practice, including shared materials, access to resources, dialogue with peers, and trust. Participants emphasized diversity in expertise, collaboration, and active engagement as vital aspects. The chapter aims to define and explore three distinct communities of practice for language teachers, focusing on the impact of diversity, collaboration, and community engagement on success.
