This paper introduces hybrid social networking (HSN), emphasizing the collaboration of diverse online and offline social communities to enhance information dissemination in daily life. It presents the infrastructure, community creation, cross-community information dissemination algorithms, and validates HSN's performance using real mobility data of 104 users, comparing it with single-community dependent methods.
