This study investigates the relationship between online communities, tacit knowledge, and innovation performance in 163 enterprises in Taiwan. Results suggest that online communities positively influence tacit knowledge acquisition, which in turn enhances innovation performance, highlighting the importance of fostering interaction and knowledge sharing within online communities for organizational innovation.
