Mahmoudi Farahani (2016) examined the value of the sense of community and neighboring in housing. The study aimed to explore the relationship between sense of community and neighboring, and how these factors contribute to residents' quality of life. The study found that sense of community and neighboring were positively associated with residents' satisfaction with their housing and their overall quality of life. The study also found that the physical design and social activities in the residential environment were important factors in promoting sense of community and neighboring.
