This paper introduces Community Insights (CI), a novel tool designed to support community leaders in enterprises by providing actionable analytics for fostering healthy online communities. Through a 10-month deployment across 470 communities, the study identifies crucial metrics for assessing community health, highlights the importance of actionable and contextualized analytics, and demonstrates how CI aids leaders in effectively managing and enhancing community engagement and productivity.
