This paper examines how social network visualisation can enhance organizational learning in online communities involved in Commons-based Peer Production (CBPP). It outlines CBPP as a socio-technical system facilitating individual, group, and organizational learning. A novel visualisation environment integrating social network visualisation within an asynchronous collaborative architecture is introduced. The study evaluates this environment, discussing its potential to foster organizational reflection and learning in online communities.
