This study investigates the role of online communities in providing support to entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on Reddit's entrepreneurial community. Analyzing 76,365 posts, the research identifies four key affordances of online communities: resolving problems, reframing problems, reflecting on situations, and refocusing thinking and efforts. These affordances form a framework for understanding how entrepreneurial support is created in online spaces, contributing to discussions on entrepreneurial support during crises and digital affordances in entrepreneurship.
