This study explores perspectives of patients and health professionals to develop a computerized cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CCBT-I) program, aiming to increase access to effective treatment. Trust and functionality emerged as key factors influencing uptake and adherence, with features such as accreditation, evidence of effectiveness, mobile accessibility, and interactive personalized content deemed important. While patients valued control and interaction, challenges include limited online access and poor computer literacy.
