This paper explores the transformative impact of modernity on the individual's lifestyle, highlighting the rapid changes and instability in personal and professional life that lead to feelings of loneliness and alienation. It discusses how the advent of the Internet has mitigated these effects by offering a space for the creation of online communities that foster social integration and a sense of belonging, free from the constraints of geographical boundaries and societal prejudices. The research aims to elucidate the mechanisms through which online communities contribute to a stronger sense of social integration and present a more equitable social environment.
