This research conceptualizes online shaming discourse in virtual communities and provides practical guidance for online community managers and members. Drawing on Kantian ethics, a conceptual model, "The Triple-Responsibility Model in Online Communities," is developed to characterize the roles of core participants and delineate ethical principles such as truth, necessity, proportionality, and caution. The study offers theoretical contributions and practical guidelines for navigating online shaming, contributing to ongoing debates on regulation and influencing social media discourse.
