This paper examines the determinants of success in online communities, particularly through the lens of social network analysis. As online communities have proliferated with advancements in the internet and Web 2.0 technologies, understanding the key factors behind their success becomes crucial. The study proposes various constructs related to the organization of these communities as social networks and hypothesizes their interrelations within a general research framework. The findings from this study test the proposed model and identify the most significant antecedents contributing to the success of online community projects.
