This study examines the impact of information quality and system quality on user satisfaction in online communities (OCs), using a large travel OC as a case study. Drawing from the IS Success model, the research develops a measurement model incorporating various dimensions of quality. By filling a gap in IS research regarding OCs, the study sheds light on the importance of quality factors in encouraging and retaining user participation, offering insights for OC design and management.
