Paste Behavior

Joel, can you please change the Paste Behavior setting to the default (Paste as rich text initially, but allow user to paste as plain text instead.). This board here uses Always paste as plain text, which is a bit of a PITA. I have now 3 or 4 descriptions I changed in my files (example) and I'm not updating them here because I use a lot of links, formatting, etc. It's an unnecessary task to have to format it all again!
