Headstand has moved into development with IPS, so she is no longer actively selling her apps.  

I believe you may want to check with @IC Essentials who may have had a similar FAQ system.

Don’t you have pages? Just create a pages database with a custom template! Much easier, cheaper and future proof:)

That’s doesn’t seem to be related to my product. It just looks like creating blocks is failing on your installation. If you can replicate that consistently, you might wanna reach out to IPS for support. Also, make sure the Support section in the ACP isn’t reporting any problems with your database.
